Here you and your new trainer will talk about goals, exercise & diet, workout history, and define what is required to obtain your goals. This is the time to ask all the questions you've been inquiring about before even working out. This consultation should leave you with a clear view of what your new program will look like once you begin training.
Policy: Xdrive Fitness requires a 8-hour notice to cancel any scheduled training session. Cancellation must be acknowledged by the trainer. Clients will receive 1 free short-notice cancellation ( short notice is less than 8-hours prior, "I understand that emergencies happen" ) without losing the scheduled session in a 1-month period. If you do not appear for your scheduled session or fail to give 8-hour notice you will lose said session. You must receive confirmation of cancellation from the trainer. Clients who do not initiate contact for cancellation are not eligible for the 1-free cancellation.
